The Lodge
Room One
Room 1
Room One opens onto to the main garden at the side of the Lodge with a nice flat lawn and native bush beyond. The room has one queen bed with electric blanket and two bunk beds (both with upper and lower beds) – this room can sleep 6 persons. Whilst the bunks beds have deep mattresses and can accommodate adults, the dual bunk beds in this room makes this popular with the children in the group. The second set of french doors open to the covered deck, hanging chairs and back garden.

Room Two has one King Sized bed with electric blanket and one bunk bed (upper and lower) sleeping up to four adults in this room. The King bed has additional softer padding for those that like a soft bed. The french doors open to the covered deck, hanging chairs and back garden.
Room Three
Room 3
Room Three has one King Sized bed with electric blanket and one bunk bed (upper and lower) sleeping up to four adults in this room. The King bed in this room has a firmer mattress for those that prefer additional lumbar support. The french doors open to the covered deck, hanging chairs and back garden, with small Jacuzzi bathtub for one (or two) outside.

Room Five has one Queen Sized bed with electric blanket and one bunk bed (upper and lower) sleeping up to four adults. This room has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet plus a walk in dressing room area. The french doors open to the covered deck and back garden.

The upstairs second lounge has one bunk bed (upper and lower) sleeping up to two adults. This room contains a TV and sofa, plus studio grand piano. The french doors open to the upstairs deck with views over Waiheke.

Private Airfield
The Lodge is situated on a private airfield used by appointment only. The airfield closes at dusk.
Parking Spaces
Plenty of parking spaces - up to five cars can park in the driveway with two under the covered carport.
Cutlery and Crockery for 24
Cups, wine and champagne glasses, dinner and side plates, bowls, knives, forks and dessert and soup spoons, plus children's bowls and cups.
Three bathrooms & outside bath
The Lodge has three full bathrooms with showers plus an outside bathtub on the deck. There is also an upstairs toilet and vanity.
Meetings & Special Events
Ideal for off-site meetings - the main lounge has full media system with 65 inch screen, Hi Fi sound system with New Zealand made Image loudspeakers.
Surrounded by native trees
Adjoining the Regional park, the Lodge has commanding views over Waiheke to the sea, surrounded by native trees.
